Bottom Shell work

Now while you are waiting on all your layers of paint to dry, this is a good time to work on the bottom end shell of the Graflex. There is not too much to do here. Place your 7 grips on the tube and to do this you can use a few different methods. I like to stand the tube up on a template and place the grips on this way. There are other templates like the earlier method that rap around the outside of the tube to give you correct placement. Then you will need to drill your holes in the end cap to place on your Kobold style D-ring latch as so.

It also might be a good idea to test fit your mid-band or leave it in place while you put your grips on so that you know you have the correct placement and gap between the two.
