Bending the Ears down
The next step I took was bending down the ears that are toward the end of the top shell. Again this part is very tricky as the ears can break off at the seam when trying to bend them down. I used a small gas torch to heat them up and then hammer then down while they were very hot. Be very very careful here, is about all I can say. If you don’t know how to use a gas torch them don’t try this.
